病史：
       A 61 year old man with prior history of pancreatitis presented for an ultrasound.

first  images

           There is evidence of intrahepatic biliary dilatation. The visualized liver parenchyma appears normal.


2rd   images
        This image shows the extensive biliary dilatation again, left greater than right.

3th  images
          The biliary dilatation is seen again in this image. A small hyperechoic focus is seen within the biliary tree most likely within the common hepatic duct.

The mass is clearly noted to be within the biliary duct system. The mass itself shows no intrinsic vascularity.

看第一个病人的图片考虑扩张的肝内胆管，图中没显示胆囊及胆总管，
不知道是哪个部位的梗阻。
第二个病人的图片：显示的是肝右叶的较强回声团块，内见片状小液性暗区，
边界欠清晰，考虑肝右叶血管瘤。
不知道考虑的对否？望楼主指点！
