Quick-FLIC： a short questionnaire for assessing quality
of life of cancer patients

1.        Feel well
2. Hardship to those closed to you
3. Discourage
4. Satisfaction with work/housework
5. Feel uncomfortable
6. Pain or discomfort affects activities
7. Willing to see those closest to you
8. How much nausea
9. Frightened of the future
10. Willing to see friends
11. Pain or discomfort

All items recoded to the direction of a higher score indicates a better quality of life.
Scores on individual items ranged from 1 to 7;
