摘要  目的：观察全程虚挂一次性肛周脓肿根治术的临床疗效；方法：回顾性分析68例全程虚挂一次性肛周脓肿根治术病例资料；结果：全组病例一次治愈67例,治愈率98.5 %,术后复发1例。全部病例术后未形成肛瘘、**狭窄、**失禁, 住院时间为16~27 d,平均19 d,1年随访,67例治愈无复发。结论：全程虚挂一次性肛周脓肿根治术能较好地保护患者**功能，减少术后并发症,手术操作简便，安全可靠。

[Abstract]: Objective ：To observe the one-stage radical operation treatment on peri** abscess by whole virtual thread-drawing technique for peri** abscess in clinical efficacy. Method：Retrospective **ysis was preformed on 68 cases with one-stage radical operation treatment on peri** abscess by whole virtual thread-drawing technique .Result：In 68 cases, 67 patients were cured ，the curative rates was 98.5 %, and only 1 case had been postoperative recurrenced.All the cases had not formed ** fistula ，** stenosis and fecal incontinence；hospital stay was 16~27 days，the average was 19.5 days. Conclusion: One-stage radical operation treatment peri** abscess by whole virtual thread-drawing technique can ensure the maximum efficacy of the ** function, alleviate the painth during the Perioperation， operation method is simple and convenient, and has no operative complications and sequelae.
