目的：对Beckman LX20全自动生化仪和强生V250干式生化分析仪电解质测定结果进行比对试验，以保证测定结果的一致性。方法：每天随机选取标本5份，分别在两台仪器上测定钾、钠、氯、钙和磷的值，连续测定6天，记录结果。以Beckman LX20作参考仪器，V250作为比对仪器，用EXCEL2000软件对两台仪器的结果采用两样本配对t检验作回归和相关分析，求其相关系数r及回归方程y=bx+a。结果：两台仪器这五个项目的检测结果存在一定的偏差，通过比对试验校准后结果一致性良好,满足临床的需要,要定期对项目作比对。
