摘要：目的：探讨各种踝关节骨折的治疗方法，总结如何正确选择踝关节治疗效果相对较好的措施。方法：采用手法复位、U形石膏外固定和切开复位多种内固定治疗加尽可能早期合理的功能锻炼的方法，处理踝关节骨折脱位223例，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：按苟氏评定标准评定：优102例，良49例，可10例，差4例，优良率为91.5%。结论：踝关节骨折脱位的治疗应根据骨折类型和局部软组织损伤情况，选择恰当的治疗方法，再加上早期合理的功能锻炼，对踝关节功能的恢复有着重要的意义。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the treatment of ankle fractures, ankle summarize how the correct choice of treatment is relatively good measure. Methods: Manipulative reduction, U-shaped plaster external fixation and open reduction and internal fixation for a variety of additional features as early exercise reasonable way to deal with 223 cases of fracture and dislocation of the ankle, the clinical data were retrospectively **yzed.
