乙肝核心抗体阳性，肝功能异常

17岁的男性患者，升高173cm，体重115kg，<a href="https://www.iiyi.com/tags/so/%E4%BD%93%E6%A3%80-2-1.html" target="_blank">体检</a>发现<a href="https://www.iiyi.com/tags/so/%E4%B9%99%E8%82%9D-2-1.html" target="_blank">乙肝</a>核心抗体阳性，其余各项正常，肝功能检查：ALT 222U/L,AST 84U/L，其余各项正常；各位老师，这个肝功能异常是考虑乙肝所致还是<a href="https://www.iiyi.com/tags/so/%E8%84%82%E8%82%AA%E8%82%9D-2-1.html" target="_blank">脂肪肝</a>等其它原因所致，需要完善哪一些检查，谢谢

肝功能异常的原因有很多，病毒性因素有<a href="https://www.iiyi.com/tags/so/%E7%94%B2%E8%82%9D-2-1.html" target="_blank">甲肝</a>，<a href="https://www.iiyi.com/tags/so/%E4%B9%99%E8%82%9D-2-1.html" target="_blank">乙肝</a>，<a href="https://www.iiyi.com/tags/so/%E4%B8%99%E8%82%9D-2-1.html" target="_blank">丙肝</a>，<a href="https://www.iiyi.com/tags/so/%E4%B8%81%E8%82%9D-2-1.html" target="_blank">丁肝</a>，戊肝，非病毒性因素有，<a href="https://www.iiyi.com/tags/so/%E8%84%82%E8%82%AA%E8%82%9D-2-1.html" target="_blank">脂肪肝</a>，喝酒，药物，<a href="https://www.iiyi.com/tags/so/%E6%84%9F%E5%86%92-2-1.html" target="_blank">感冒</a><a href="https://www.iiyi.com/tags/so/%E5%8F%91%E7%83%A7-2-1.html" target="_blank">发烧</a>等。乙肝核心抗体阳性，基本除外乙肝引起的肝功能异常，查乙肝DNA排除一下。所以建议查甲肝，丙肝，戊肝，血脂，心肌酶谱，肝脏B超，另外有没有用药，喝酒也要避免。
