【摘要】目的 探讨胫骨平台骨折的治疗方法及临床疗效。方法  通过对92例胫骨平台骨折的治疗进行回顾性分析，并参照Merchant评分标准进行综合评估。结果 按照Merchant评分标准：优71例，良12例，可8例，差3例。结论 胫骨平台骨折，根据骨折的分类特点，选择及时正确的治疗方法，并结合适时早期的功能锻炼，均可获得满意的疗效。

Methods     92 cases with tibia plateau fracture were studied retrospectively,and evaluated the clinical effects referring to the Merchant standard. Result      According to the Merchant standard, the clinical results were excellent in 71 cases, good in 12 cases,fair in 8 cases and fail in 3 cases. conclusion      Tibia plateau fracture can obtain satisfactory clinical results according to the classified characteristics of fracture,through choosing the promptly and correct treatment methods and combining the timely and early function exercises.
